What brings best friends together? For Daphne (Kate Melton), Velma (Hayley Kiyoko), Fred (Robbie Amell), Shaggy (Nick Palatas), and Shaggy's spunky pup Scooby Doo, it's a mystery! The feature length live action Scooby Doo! The Mystery Begins original movie takes you back to when four teenage sleuths{and one dog detective} first met. Unjustly accused of staging a spooky practical joke complete with ghosts, the kids are suspended from Coolsville High. To clear their names, they team to solve the supernatural mystery...and head into nonstop laughs and adventure.
This will be shown on Cartoon Network and also released to DVD September 22. But, a word of warning for anyone who cares, the original actors have all been replaced.

I was waiting for them to make a 3rd one. Don't really like the cast change, but I'm sure it'll still be just fine.

If it's voice actors, I'm there with no hestitation.
If it's live-action, I'll be there with reservations.

Ya know, it says that it is live action right in the plot description... just sayin. No it doesn't, at least not in what you posted. Sure, you have names attached to the characters, but for all we know, that's who's doing the voices as I've never heard of those people before. The words 'live-action,' though, appear nowhere in what you posted.

Yeah, I guess it does. I read that four or five times when he said that to find it and I never did. Oops.

Saw this one last night, pretty good. It was almost as good as the two that went to theaters, except for Scooby being quite crappily animated. He looked much better in the other films, but it was still pretty good. Some nice jokes, the origination of so many of their classic gags (the only thing it missed was the musical performance playing over the chase scene with the villain) and a decent-enough mystery. I'd say look into it.

Well, Daphne always looks hot, so I'm not sure why you're surprised at that.
