The film, starring Jesse Bradford, Amelia Warner, Iza Calzado, Louise Linton, Carlos Leon and Kevin Durand, centers around a young ex-con who moves into an old apartment building, only to learn his neighbor is an abusive police officer who savagely beats his wife and daughter. When the ex-con tries to intervene, he becomes trapped in a curse. Supposedly a remake, and has been completely for two years seeking distribution. Trailer available HERE. |

Yep a Asian remake, sounds like fun. The original does not sound all that great. But the cast is here is good.....should be fine.

I'm sure there's a damn good reason why this film hasn't had a distributor for 2 years, and i've never heard of any of those actors ever before BTW, though i'll admit it dosen't as dreadful as most foreign remakes, though it still isn't really catching my attention much at all.

Never heard of Jesse Bradford? He is a pretty talented guy.
Look at Return To Sleepaway Camp, that took forever to find a buyer, and that was amazing.

Yeah, well considering how poor foreign remakes have done recently, I can imagine why distributors wouldn't all be jumping for joy at acquiring ye another one, and no I honestly have not heard of Bradford before, what's he been in?

I will see it, sounds fine, and I like these Asian remakes, so that is making me wanna see it more.

Actually, this one wasn't all that bad at all, and was kinda good. Some pacing issues, but nothing that off-putting, some solid suspense and atmosphere and a rather inviting curse that's at the center of it all. Could've used some more kills since it leaves a lot of people alive when it could've killed them, but it's fine enough if you're a fan of these ghost movies.
