I do agree the characters on there are fine, it's just surrounded by a heaping bunch of shit. Which is why I like Smackdown a lot more. Hardly any of it to go around.

Hey GL you like Legacy or The Miz yet?

Miz, no. He's a prattling, arrogant douchebag, and no matter how well he may play that role, I can't stand guys like that. Plus, he's still not that good in the ring and he's been booked like shit, the way he should be.
A couple weeks ago, when Kofi Kingston was feuding with Orton, he and Miz had a match for his US Title, with the stipulation that if Kingston got a win over Miz, they would immediately start another match, only for the title on the line. Miz lost in 30 seconds, and then had his ass handed to him to the point that Orton had to pull Kingston out of the ring in order for Miz to keep his belt. He came off like absolute shit, the way he should be.
However, Legacy has gained a little more favor in my regard. They're feud with DX last summer was pretty good, even though they had as much chance of winning that as a snail does of surviving a mile-long salt lick. Some other questionable booking tactics aside, they did earn some points for winning one match in the series and pushing them to the limits in the loosing battles, and with the fact that they're going to split up by Wrestlemania but, for once, I don't know how they're going to do it makes it a really enjoyable storyline since there's four different ways to go about it:
1. Randy splits off, annoyed that they keep costing him chances for the title and making them both faces while he stays heel. 2. The two kick Randy out, saying they're successful as a team while they keep giving him every chance to win but he can't do it, with the fans assigning face and heel alignments. 3. Ted splits, with him being annoyed at Cody for always costing them matches, while he becomes the face against Cody and Randy heel tandem. 4. Same thing, just switch out the names.
So there's a bunch of ways this could go, and it's a lot of fun.

Randy has gone down in my books. Cody and Ted are really cool. The Miz acts like that for show really. I find him funny lol

He's a prattling douchebag, and while he does the role well, I can't stand guys like that so I think he sucks.

GL did you hear about the Randy Orton spitting gum incident?

Yeah, and frankly, it's just Randy being Randy. Stories like that have followed him ever since he came up, really. That's not even the most disturbing thing he's done, to be honest.

I only mentioned it cause I heard it recently. You can tell he is a complete jack ass in real life. Does not bother me any. GL which WWE wrestlers are friends in real life? I figured if anyone knew you would. Just curious.

Well, there's three obvious ones that are pretty common knowledge:
1. HHH and Shawn Michaels. They are friends in real life and have a history going back over a decade. They're one of the longest reigning members of the roster (there's only two people around now that have more time than they do) and they're the closest of friends.
2. The 'Face' Divas are all friends (the ones on Raw and the ones on Smackdown) and hang out together, and when combined as a group hang out together.
3. The 'Heel' Divas in the same way.
It's also not uncommon to see the whole roster go out together, but it's more likely that the good girls go together and the bad girls go together.
A couple of other big friendships:
Matt and Jeff Hardy, The Hurricane/Gregory Helms, R-Truth HHH, Sheamus, Jaime Noble Shawn Michaels, The Hart Dynasty
And they say that the two best guys to hang out with are Chris Jericho and The Big Show, with Big Show getting the noms for Most Times Winning The Mr. Congeniality award backstage. They say he's one of the biggest pranksters around, only he'll do funny stuff and not mean ones (he'll be the person that will call up a pizza parlor, order up 30 pizzas and charge it to one of the guys' hotel room, making them pay for it) and one of his most infamous pranks was when he switched out a prissy wrestlers soap-on-a-rope dealies for a wax substitute. Plus, he's always one that will tell stories when they're traveling overseas (he's the most requested one to sit next to when they're flying to Iraq for those Tribute to the Troops shows) and is said to be one of the friendliest, funniest guys around. Jericho is pretty close, though he has a tendency to be a bit more of a jock than anything. He's also got a temper that gets him in trouble a bit, as there was a story where he 'defended himself' from a fan who wanted an autograph after a show, and then bitched about it to security who were simply standing off to the side watching everything. So he's not as high-up in the ranks as some of the other guys, but there's a following he has backstage that's enough to warrant a mention.
However, when all is said and done, it's The Undertaker who has the final say on anything backstage. Not even HHH or Shawn Michaels mess with him there, and Vince tries to make sure that he never ticks him off.
As for the ones hardly anyone gets along with, it's Batista and CM Punk, although there's stories than Miz is right up there and Orton is making some headway on that as well.

I also heard that a lot of the cast does not like John Cena... which would come to no surprise honestly. Cena is pretty popular and jealousy (like it or not) plays a a factor when everyone wants what he has.
Batista I heard is a major asshole and for some reason you can tell just looking at him that he is.
I also heard that the Smackdown locker room is pretty nasty and the guys tend to be kinda mean to one another which I found surprising as I would think it would be the other way around lol.
How to Randy, Ted and Cody get along. Are they actually cool with each other on the outside?

The Cena thing is that, while he is popular, there is a respect for him with all the charity work he does. That counts a lot towards the group, and while a lot aren't fans of him as a wrestler, per se, they do like him as a human being and his work ethic.
The Smackdown thing is entirely false, as it is the other way around now. The one you heard is from a few years ago, back in 2006-07, when Batista was the main focus of the show and really didn't like anyone else in his spotlight. It got a little lighter when HHH came over in 2007, but when he left a year later and left it as a predominately wrestling-based show the way it was when it was first introduced, it's a lot more lax now. Most of the guys are good friends now (including one of the guys who is getting married to one of the Divas apparently) and no one really resents each other.
Raw, though, is pretty much considered dead space for the majority of the guys. Since HHH and Michaels are the ones at the top, along with Cena and Orton, they don't feel like they'll go anywhere and they'll just become stagnant, especially since they introduced that guest host gimmick since they have to waste even more time to get them on the show and it takes away what they want to do, which is go out and compete. Since the only ones on the card are the ones who are friends with the guys at the top (Sheamus getting the Heavyweight Title, for instance) it's mostly considered way too political to be on Raw right now and they mostly prefer to be on Smackdown. I haven't heard much about the ECW locker room, so I don't know anything there.
As for the other guys, Orton likes to travel with his wife a lot, so Ted and Cody tend to spend a lot of time together. They hooked up with one of the road agents (I think it's Ricky Steamboat, but I'm not sure) and have become good friends that way, so they do tend to hang out some, or at least much more than with Randy. He kinda tends to be with his wife more than with them, though they don't really resent him for it.

Well, looks like my prediction is coming true. It looks like the first scenario is coming true, after the Rumble and the events last night, so I'm feeling pretty good right now.

Hey GL! Yeah I saw it as well. So Legacy is pretty much through. Which is a good thing. Cody and Ted should just be good guy. They kinda work better that way. Cody was a good guy. I don't think Ted ever was. But both should stay good.

Well, the storyline isn't going to start getting steam until after the PPV in two weeks (notice both Ted and Randy in the chamber for Raw) so the storyline is going to start off there and then kick into high gear for Wrestlemania. That's a match right there involving the three of them in some form or another, I just hope it's not a handicap match, but mark my words: at No Way Out, the storyline will start off and it will heat up for a Wrestlemania match between Legacy of some kind. I'm not going to say what kind, I just know it will be some form.

GL what's your thought on ECW no long there? They did replace it though.

Well, first, I just want to say:
Am I a fucking prophet or what with that Legacy storyline? Exactly as I said would happen, and it looks like they're going with storyline # 2 right now from the look of things, especially since the promo before the match on Monday had the two talking about an agreement of some kind, then the DDT to Cody and the RKO to Ted.
As for yours:
I never really knew of ECW when it first aired, as it didn't appeal to me. Hardcore Wrestling is fun, in small doses, not all the time, and some of the stuff was like overkill at times. "Great, that's the fifth time someone was slammed through a table, I think I liked the second one the best" was a pretty typical reaction I had to their matches, even though I did like some of the stuff they did. I just wasn't a hardcore fan of the company.
When it got brought back, I liked it when it first came back. Hardcore (or what they called 'Extreme Rules') matches, just with a sense of purpose so it wasn't getting repeated all through the night, and it was good. 2007 was definitely my favorite year as that's when it was all about CM Punk and The Originals/New Breed war that was persistent in the company. Plus, there was the birth of The Miz, Kelly Kelly, and John Morrison as well, so it was a really good show (mostly because Dusty Rhodes was the chief at the time, and outside of maybe two or three other guys, he's got the best mind for the business) and then it took a little lull when those guys were traded away and it became mostly a televised minor league development show, which is what it was when it went off the air. That was the general feeling, that it was nothing more than a developmental system with a television deal, and despite making guys like Jack Swagger, Evan Bourne, Zack Ryder, Shelton Benjamin and Yoshi Tatsu, the rest were all pretty much incredibly green and not all that good.
So, I guess what I'm saying is, I'm not broken up about it, but it was a time for it to die. NXT is going to do the exact same thing, only mixed in with a touch of their old show Tough Enough, and last night wasn't terrible, and they rightly made Daniel Bryan the main focus since he is just that big of a deal, so we'll see where that takes us.
